A small shop in Phoenix
Modaven makes garment-dyed graphic t-shirts about family. Not slogans printed on the cheapest blank a supplier will sell — heavyweight cotton that has been dyed after the shirt was sewn, so it arrives already soft and slightly faded instead of stiff and new.
The shop is operated by JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in Arizona. That is the whole company. There is no warehouse, no call center, and no design team. Being straight about that is more useful to you than pretending otherwise.
Why garment dye
Most printed tees start life as a standard jersey blank. Ours start as a Comfort Colors® 1717: 6.1 oz ring-spun cotton, tubular knit with no side seams, double-needle stitched hems, and a sewn-in label instead of a scratchy neck tag. The garment is dyed after it is constructed, which is what softens it and gives the color its slightly worn depth.
The trade-off is worth stating plainly. Garment dyeing shifts from batch to batch. Two shirts in the same color will not be identical, and neither will match a color swatch on your screen exactly. If you want flat, uniform, repeatable color, this is not the right shirt.
How your order is made
Nothing is printed before you order it. When your order comes in, it goes to our production partner in the United States, where the design is printed on the blank and the shirt is packed and shipped. Printing takes 2-3 business days. Delivery takes another 7-9 business days, for a total of 9-12 business days from order to doorstep.
Because each shirt is printed for a single order, we can carry fifteen dye colors and sizes through 4XL without holding stock in any of them. It also means we cannot ship same-day, and we will not claim to.

Where your order ships from
Your shirt is printed and shipped from within the United States. There are no customs forms, no import duties, and nothing to pay when the package arrives.
One point of accuracy that matters to us: the shirts are printed in the United States, but the blank garments themselves are manufactured in Honduras. We do not describe our products as “Made in USA,” because that phrase has a specific meaning under Federal Trade Commission guidance and our garments would not meet it.
Returns come back to the Phoenix address above. You will never be asked to ship a return overseas.
What we do not do
We do not run flash countdowns, we do not show made-up stock counters, and we do not display review counts we have not earned. Modaven is new. When there are customer reviews, they will be from customers.
