The most common way a reunion shirt order goes wrong is not the design. It is the calendar. Print-to-order shirts do not ship from a shelf, and people underestimate how long collecting sizes takes.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. An order placed on a Monday is realistically at the door somewhere between two and two and a half weeks later.
Count backwards, not forwards
Start at the reunion date and work back:
- Reunion day. Mark it.
- Minus one week. This is your safety buffer. Something will go wrong somewhere, and a week absorbs it.
- Minus 12 business days. This is your order deadline. Roughly two and a half calendar weeks before the buffer.
- Minus one to two weeks more. This is when you start collecting sizes. It always takes longer than you think.
In practice: for a reunion in the first week of July, start collecting sizes in the first week of June and place the order by the middle of June.
Collecting sizes without chasing people
Send the size guide with your request rather than just asking for a size. Two things to include in the message:
- The shirt runs relaxed and unisex. Their usual size gives a roomy fit; one size down gives something closer to the body.
- Black and white run S through 4XL. Other colors have a narrower range, so pick the color first.
Ask for a size and a second choice. It saves a round of messages when someone is between sizes.
One color or several
Two approaches work. One color for everyone reads cleanest in a group photograph. Alternatively, pick a family of shades — Bay, Blue Spruce and Seafoam sit together well, as do Blossom, Orchid and Violet.
What we would avoid is expecting exact color matching across a large order. Garment dye shifts between production batches, so two shirts in the same color will be close but not identical. If matching matters more than the hand feel, say so before you order and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right shirt.
What shipping costs for a group
Shipping is a flat $7.95, and free on orders of $79 or more. Any reunion order of three shirts or more clears that threshold, so group orders ship free. Ordering as one order rather than several separate ones is the cheaper route.
If something is wrong when the box arrives
Check the order the day it lands, not the night before the reunion. Misprints and transit damage are on us — prepaid label, replacement or full refund — but that only helps if there is time to act. The full policy is in returns.
